This privacy policy describes how JJDEVO, LLC doing business as CELLULOGGER (“Cellulogger” or “us” or “we”) collects, uses, maintains, and shares information we gather from you while you access or use cellulogger.com (the “Site”), the Cellulogger Mobile Application (the “App”), and related products and services that link to this policy (together, the “Cellulogger Services”). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy. Please read this policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it.
This policy DOES NOT apply to information that you provide to or is collected by any third-party (see Third-Party Data Collection) and these other third-parties may have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to read before using the Cellulogger Services.
Personal Data Collection
As used in this policy, “Personal Data” means information relating to you as an identified or identifiable individual. You provide Personal Data directly into the Cellulogger Services and we may collect Personal Data from you in a variety of ways as you interact with the Cellulogger Services. We will collect Personal Data only if voluntarily provided to us and you can always refuse to supply Personal Data with the understanding that this may prevent you from engaging with the Cellulogger Services. We may ask you to provide the following Personal Data as appropriate:

- Billing information.
- Email address and other contact information.
- Telephone number. Username and password for accessing the Cellulogger Services.
- Other Personal Data as needed to provide you the Cellulogger Services.
You can review and change your Personal Data by logging into the Site and visiting your account profile page. You may also send us an email at support@cellulogger.com to request updates to or deletion of any Personal Data or to have your account terminated. Non-Personal and Automatically Acquired Data Collection
We may collect non-personal data or automatically acquired data about you whenever you interact with the Cellulogger Services. If you do not want us to collect this information do not access the Site and do not download or continue use of the App.
The following may be collected when you use the Site:

- Usage and access details including traffic data, location data, logs, and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on or through the Site.
- Device information including type, internet connection and provider, IP address, operating system, and browser type.
The following may be collected when you use the App:
- Non-personal data you have entered into the App.
- Usage and access details including traffic data, location data, logs, and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on or through the App.
- Device information including mobile network and internet connection, the device’s unique device identifier, IP address, operating system, browser type, and the device’s telephone number.
- Metadata and other information associated with other files stored on your device including but not limited to photographs, audio and video clips, personal contacts, and address book information.
- Precise geolocation data determined using GPS (global positioning systems), IP address, and other location-based technologies.
When you download, access, and use the Cellulogger Services, it may use certain tracking technologies such as cookies (or mobile cookies), web beacons, or third-party analytics tools to obtain such non-personal data or automatically acquired data. We also may use these technologies to collect information about your activities over time and across third-party websites, apps, or other online services (behavioral tracking). You may be able to set your browser or device to refuse all or some of these tracking technologies; however, some parts of the Cellulogger Services may then be inaccessible or not function properly.
Third-Party Data Collection
When you use the Cellologger Services or its content, certain third-parties may use automatic information collection technologies to collect information about you or your device. These third-parties may include advertisers and ad networks, analytics companies, your device manufacturer, your internet and/or mobile service provider. These providers may also automatically collect the above information about you, including personally identifiable information about your online activities over time and across different websites, devices, online services, and applications. We do not control third-parties’ collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising or for other purposes; however, some third-party providers allow you choices about their collection or use of your information. We may use information that we collect or that you provide to us as part of using the Cellulogger Services for the following purposes:
- Provide you with the Cellulogger Services or any other services you request from us.

- Notify you when updates, changes, or new service offerings to the Cellulogger Services are available.
- Carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us, including for billing and collection.

We may use the information we collect to display advertisements to our advertisers’ target audiences. Even though we do not disclose your personal information for these purposes without your consent, if you click on or otherwise interact with an advertisement, the advertiser may assume that you meet its target criteria.

The Cellulogger Services may share your Personal Data that we collect or that you provide as described in this Policy and as follows:

- As required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served to us.

We maintain data handling and storage practices and procedures that are designed to promote the integrity and confidentiality of the Personal Data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data (information you provide is stored on our secure servers behind firewalls and any payment transactions and other secure information is encrypted using SSL technology), we cannot guarantee its absolute security. Any transmission of Personal Data is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures we provide.
The safety and security of your data also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for accessing the Cellulogger Services, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential and we ask that you do not share your password.
